Third independent fund of funds raised by Teralys Capital in 2018 with a final size of $400M. Mandate aimed at financing and supporting the growth of innovative Canadian enterprises granted by the Venture Capital Catalyst Initiative launched by the Government of Canada in collaboration with the Government of Québec.
Key private investors from Canada and abroad include several financial institutions, public companies from the technology sector, as well as successful entrepreneurs.
The fund is active and currently in its commitment period. The portfolio to date includes 22 venture capital funds focused on innovation and based in Canada, the United States and Europe. The portfolio also includes 11 co-investments into Canadian and US companies.
